Service Coordination and Advice

**Overall Job Responsibility**:
- Support in the development of ops policy guidelines to facilitate service coordination and advice for persons with disabilities and families.
- Collate, manage and analyse data to facilitate right siting of persons with disabilities in suitable programmes
- Support in the ops policies and strategies to enhance info and referral as well as coordination of services
- Support in identifying gaps to better serve persons with disabilities and their families.
- Study emerging trends and assess impact on persons with disabilities and their families.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Ops Policy and Planning**
- Operationalise person-centred support for persons with disabilities (PwDs) and their caregivers through information provision, assessments, service coordination and referral management
- Operationalise workflows and processes to facilitate service coordination internally and with external stakehodlers
- Work with info and referral teams to align SCAs SOPs, I&R guidelines and strategies to enhance client service journey
- Work closely with policy teams in Minstry of Social & Family Development (MSF) and serve as a bridge between them and the service and programme management teams in SG Enable.
- Support info and referral teams to partner Service Development and various business units in SG Enable to identify service gaps and ideate solutions to address service gaps faced by PwDs and caregivers
- Provide ground feedback and analyse data to support policy and service development
**Data management, analytics and dashboards/visualizations**
- Collate, monitor, clean and manage data from various data sources
- Review and synthesise data to advise on suite of services to best meet the needs and ensure best outcomes for persons with disabilities
- Create and develop a data dashboard to review and synthesise existing data reports to provide better understanding of broad trends of demand and supply for disability servicesSurface emerging needs of PwDs and their families, and opportunities to plug existing gaps in the service continuum
- Propose data-driven recommendations to internal Business Units (BUs) and Policy Division/MSF.
**Stakeholder engagement**
- Engage relevant Business Units (BUs) in SG Enable to review gaps and challenges in disability services, programmes and schemes
- Ideate and solution with the relevant stakeholders, and design/develop pilots with BUs or SSAs
- Provide the necessary secretariat support in stakeholder engagement sessions (includes organising meetins, writing meeting notes etc)
**Others**
- Secretariat duties and any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Mentor and supervise staff as assigned
**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior knowledge and experience in statistical methods and data analysis. Skills in using AI, data visualizations and automation tools will be an advantage.
- 3-4 years working experience and proficient in the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems will be an advantage. Fresh graduates with the necessary skills and traits are also welcome to apply.
- Keen interest in social services sector.
- Ability to analyse issues from strategic perspective (for e.g. using design thinking, behavioural economics), detail oriented
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Driven and pro-active, able to lead projects independently
- Ability to interact with, engage and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve common goals
- Able to manage multiple projects with excellent project management skills and to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
