Handles the shipping arrangement with forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products. - Coordinates with production planner/scheduler for the shipment schedules and ensure that goods are ready on time. - Liaise with IQC team for the inspection of documents prior shipment and send shipment notification to the customers and sales team for tracking purposes. - Supports overseas office by providing quotation and transport solutions, when necessary. - Receives and validates incoming goods and provides assistance to Store activities as and when required. - Generates documentation for billing to finance and ensures all shipping documents are in place. - Performs other duties as and when assigned by the immediate superior. **Job Requirements**: - Minimum GCE "N" level or equivalent certificate. - At least 3 year relevant experience in handling shipment matters. - Possesses planning and time-management skills, good in communication and computer skills. - Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. - Able to start work immediately. Knowledge with Oracle & MSO Applications, Supply Chain Mgt. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Health insurance Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - 13th month salary Work Location: In person
