**Consulting Areas**
- Strategic growth, New product development and assisting clients win new business in Asia
- Advise on feasibility of entering new markets and/or launching products launch/ scaling existing products
- Market Intelligence and positioning
- Introducing clients to key feeders in the market and helping build partnerships with law firms, banks, Service providers, audit and Tax firms

**Key Deliverables**:

- Developing as well as advising for business origination and market entry strategies in Asian region (Focus on building structures, policies, and new business development, product launches, driving & maximizing sales, regulatory compliances, operational deliveries, and Go-To-Market strategies.
- Relationship management and alliance management with key clients, strategic intermediaries namely banks and law firms spread across multiple jurisdictions in the region (Develop the strategic plan for managing and growing regional relationships, with a focus on organic and incremental growth, revenue retention, and overall relationship profitability from regional perspective)
- Acting as Subject matter expert defining the following : GTM plan for new products/segments & New to world markets : Scaling up & Delivery frameworks (from proof of concept to deliveries)
- To construct Sales & Marketing strategies, operational and administrative plans for business growth and continuity
- Explore opportunities for inorganic growth in New to World markets
- Ensuring future profitability through developing, maintaining and maximizing regional capabilities and leveraging on cross regional client relationships for wider reach

**Key requirements**:

- At least 8 years of experience working in capital markets and/or trust or corporate administration services or fund services firms.
- Excellent understanding of global Debt Capital Markets and / or fund services market, including awareness of the UK, Irish, Cayman, Jersey, Luxembourg and BVI markets.
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Commitment to high standards of client service based on understanding needs and delivering solutions
- Excellent management and influencing skills. A role model and team player
- Strong attention to detail. Must be committed and driven to achieving excellence for themselves, their client and their team.
