Expanding Your Network : Cultivate professional relationships in Singapore and APAC , becoming a trusted advisor in your specialisation. What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. At least 6 years of recruitment experience in an agency and/or in-house setting, preferably within legal, financial services, technology, and/or healthcare & life sciences sectors. Strong research and market intelligence skills, with the ability to source top talent and stay informed on industry trends. A results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for connecting talent with the right opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
