**Associate Director - Corporate Client Coverage**
**Singapore**

As a Barclays Associate Director within Corporate Banking, you will Supporting the assigned Relationship Directors (RDs) with relationship management, business development, product knowledge, sales research and client acquisition. This will be achieved by Interpreting the diverse needs of our clients and working with various business partners to provide tailored solutions and also ensuring all client information is up to date and accessible in the Salesforce CRM tool.

**What will you be doing?**
- Developing good working relationship with the fulfilment areas to ensure smooth co-ordination and completion of all tasks
- Handling client issues and any problems arising which can cause customer dissatisfaction and takes quick action to address them
- Ensuring client complaints are handled effectively and within Barclays policy and targets
- You will be leading by example and demonstrates excellent client focus at all times
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customer contacts acting as principal point of contact in Relationship Director’s absence
- Maintaining contact with specialists in other areas of the Group, co-ordinating introductions to and from these areas and support the Relationship Director
- Ensuring a robust customer contact strategy is in place
- Holding regular meeting with RD to review pipeline, financial performance and client activities
**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience of working in a regulated (banking & financial services) environment
- Knowledge/experience of cash management, trade & working capital, debt products and RWA optimisation
**Skills that will help you in the role**:

Local market knowledge and key players within
- Comprehensive knowledge of mandatory risk policies and procedures relating to credit conformance and regulatory, operational and legal risk
