**Customer Service Executive**

**Responsibilities**
- Tele-marketing sales & documentation.
- Provide customer support for shipments and follow various country customary rules and regulations.
- Provide sales support and follow up with client till the whole transaction is completed.
- Advise clients such as shipping options, timelines, transfers, or regulations affecting shipments.
- Ensure smooth and efficient shipment movement
- Book the consignment with freight / transporters / forwarders.
- Handling customer enquires or complaints
- Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / carriers / forwarders correctly and promptly.
- Liaise and maintain good relations with clients, carriers, agents and vendors.
- Participate, develop, and implement strategic initiatives by working closely with the management

**Requirements**:

- Min 1 year working experience in the related field
- Minimum GCE O or N Level
