We are looking for a Director of Marketing to lead all of our marketing activities for the 8x8 CPaaS business. If you have a proven track record of providing clear leadership and actual hands-on work in demand generation programs, events, campaigns, promotions, content, digital marketing, branding, and operations, especially within APAC, we want to speak with you.

This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the General Manager, CPaaS.

Responsible for:
- Design and execute the strategic marketing plan for the Global 8x8 CPaaS business that aligns with the overell business strategy, goals and objectives- Effectively allocate marketing budgets to achieve the ROI for the function- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to uncover insights and business gaps to increase market opportunities.- Establish marketing quotas and lead generation to achieve agreed targets- Monitoring competitors’ activities and share insight into how they compete in the Market- Develop strategies and lead implementation for all marketing functions e.g., Product Marketing, Content, Campaign, Events, Digital, Operations.- Ensure marketing goals and plans are aligned and communicated across entire relevant departments.- Set, monitor, and report on team goals and performance.- Prepare quarterly business reviews reporting and to present performance and plan.Qualifications and experience:
- Business Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field- Must possess extensive experience in a technology sector covering the APAC, preferably Globally- Strong experience as a hands-on leader by example and manager of people to perform at a high level.- Proven track record of business growth through leading marketing strategy- Excellent communication, presentation and strategic thinking skills are critical for this role- Highly skilled at collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders- Demonstrated leadership skills in a fast pace environment
