As a Director for our Carrier Relations CPaaS portfolio, you will provide leadership to the Carrier Relations team. You will develop, plan and execute Global Carrier Roadmaps and Go-to-Market plans to support and drive growth opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the Carrier Relations team to meet Business Objectives;- Develop, plan and execute Global Carrier Roadmap and Go-to-Market plans to support growth in line with corporate medium and long plans;- Manage partnerships with key Carriers and SMS Aggregator Partners to achieve deals, and outcomes beneficial to 8x8, including strategic destination partnerships and bilateral deals, to achieve best-in-market cost and quality;- Work closely with other departments to enhance service offerings, work processes involving sales, operations, customer service, payment and quality, etc.;- Communicate, and establish communications effectively of changes, updates and market knowledge regularly and whenever appropriate and necessary.- Monitor and analyse traffic and business performance pro-actively to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets;- Review and Assess aggregator partnerships and manage alignment according to Roadmap;- Review and Propose organisation, roles and functions of Carrier Relations team structure to improve efficiency and effectiveness;- Lead and manage the team to take on, where necessary, additional roles and duties (ad hoc or otherwise) on request of 8x8 management.

**Requirements**:
- You must possess relevant or similar work experiences, working in the international telecommunications sector.- You have competent knowledge in the global A2P messaging and/or value-added Voice market.- Experience working with SMS and/or Voice aggregators or Carrier/Operator is a strong advantage- You are a proactive team player, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an ability to work with cross-functional global teams.- You are a hands-on leader by example and manager of people to perform at a high level.- You are able to forecast, analyse, and execute strategies in order to achieve goals.- Relevant experience in the Asia Pacific region would be highly beneficial.- You possess good communication & interpersonal skills.- You have a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, initiative and commitment.- Some travel will be required

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent in relevant studies.- Written and verbal fluency in English; fluency in additional regional languages is advantageous.
