Singapore BRIDGE MOBILE PTE. LTD. Full time

**Overview
1. To design and implement commercial frameworks for Bridge’s regional products such as IoT, CPaaS and Enterprise Mobility that ensures business scalability.

2. To drive increase in winning rate of pipelines through development of business proposals and pricing support.

3. To manage partnership with alliance partners (e.g. Freemove), delivering value to Bridge member operators.

4. Provide after sales support, develop and run a provisioning process for IoT, CPaaS and Enterprise Mobility meeting/exceeding customers’ requirements/expectations.

**Key Responsibilities
1. Enable Bridge’s mobile operators with high win rates for Bridge’s Products & Services:

- Develop inter-BMO (Bridge Mobile Operators) pricing framework for Bridge regional products such as Internet-of-Things (IoT) and Communications Platform-as-a Service (CPaaS), Enterprise Mobility to enable the lead BMOs to response to business opportunities with agility.
- Manage Bridge’s IoT support fee framework.
- Continuous enhancement to Bridge’s “Business Readiness Framework” that strengthen Bridge’s position as “Gateway to Asia” and be the preferred partner of MNCs.
- Support Business Development team with RFP/RFQ responses.

2. Lead partnership engagement with Freemove Alliance:

- Support Freemove deals coming into Asia.
- Review new areas that can be developed with Freemove Alliance

3. Develop and run after sales process:

- Develop and run a provisioning process for IoT, CPaaS and Enterprise Mobility meeting/exceeding customers’ requirements/expectations
- Establish customer and BMOs feedback review process.

**Key Requirements**

A. Knowledge
- Strong knowledge in enterprise mobility, CPaaS and IoT business and solutions
- Understanding of telco’s Enterprise business model and B2B market demand.
- Analytical skill in deriving frameworks
- Good writing skill in formulating winning proposals
- Sound understanding of after sales process
- B. _Relevant Work Experience
- At least 5 years relevant experience in MNO dealing with Enterprise clients and products.
- Those with lesser years of experience may be appointed at Asst Manager level.

C. Soft Skills (including behavioural and attitudes)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Goal oriented, self starter, can-do attitude, and can work independently without much supervision
- Able to communicate confidently and effectively
- Negotiation skills to align stakeholders and customers across organizations
- Cross cultural sensitivities
