**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- As an Organisational Excellence Manager, your job role will include, but is not limited to the following: - As part of the office space review team, this involves working with the various stakeholders to optimise office spaces at selected PUB offices, including increasing collaborative space and providing conducive environment for hybrid work arrangements. This includes supervising the project schedule and budget and liaising with the space consultant to finalise the design layout and call tender for a contractor for the refurbishment works. Thereafter to work with the consultant to project manage the refurbishment works, including onsite supervision;
- Administer the consultancy contract and other documents according to contractual/PUB/statutory requirements;
- Liaise with other agencies/departments to facilitate the completion of the office review project including relocation of officers within various PUB offices;
- Perform day-to-day operations related to records management which include managing of electronic records system, review of taxonomy/metadata structures, tagging of proper records classification and retention schedules, managing, and assigning user access groups and permission, conducting disposition review by working with the relevant stakeholders and National Archives of Singapore, managing various feedback and requests - Plan and organise records management briefing/sharing events/sessions with various stakeholders including updates to senior management - Assist in annual/ad hoc housekeeping and audit matters related to records management

**What we are looking for**
- Degree, preferably with some work experience in Facilities Management or Project Management or related discipline - Prior experience with government procurement procedures, as well as contract and project management will be advantageous - Good interpersonal skills to engage internal stakeholders - Meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently, and in a team - Familiar with MS Office
