- ** Deep-dive into business solutioning and product marketing**: Work closely with partners to understand their pain points, explore potential integrations, and co-develop practical use cases that demonstrate clear ROI.
- ** Bridge product and partner needs**: Develop a solid understanding of Manus’s product capabilities and technical requirements to confidently map solutions to partner challenges.
- ** Negotiate and influence**: Support partnership discussions with senior business executives, aligning terms and objectives for mutual success.
- ** Take ownership end-to-end**: Manage the full lifecycle — from prospecting and use case scoping to onboarding and post-launch follow-through.
- ** Track and optimize**: Measure the impact of partnership initiatives, gather feedback, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- ** Collaborate cross-functionally**: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and strategically aligned.
**Requirements**:
- Proven ability to conduct **business solutioning**—translating partner needs into actionable, value-driven use cases
- Comfortable discussing both business and technical considerations in partnership contexts
- Strong research and problem-solving skills, with a knack for uncovering strategic opportunities
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously
- Bonus: experience with proposal/pitch deck creation, or prior exposure to B2B solution sales or partnerships
