Customer Service Lead

**Role**
This position is the interface between the customer and our production factories and will require a person who has experience in large processing facilities and international customers.
**Responsibilities**
1) Improve customer service standards
a) Handle customer feedback in a timely manner
b) Effective resolution of all customer feedback with all internal and external stake holders
c) Ensure all cases are closed per SOP
2) Monitor the performance of customer service
a) Maintain and compile performance date for review.
b) Analyse “price of non-conformance” trends
c) ensure corrective actions are followed through per SOP
3) Continuous improvement
a) Identify best practices and share across our manufacturing facilities
b) Improve the feedback channels across different departments in HQ, the plants and our overseas offices
c) follow up on the corrective actions from the annual plant audits
**Requirements**:
1) Minimum Diploma/ Degree holder with 2 years working experiences
2) Experience in factory operations (production, scheduling, planning, logistics, quality, shipping) and some interface with international customers
3) able to handle Excel spreadsheet and Power point well
4) clear and logical thinking skills for detail follow up
5) ability to work across different groups of people of different functions.
6) Experience in palm oil industry
7) Understand basic chemistry terms
