Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, scheduling appointments, and handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining files
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and events
- Assist with project management activities, including developing project timelines, monitoring progress, and communicating with clients and internal teams
- Prepare and deliver project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies and plans
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs as needed
- Serve as the point of contact for building management and other vendors
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in office administration or project management
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
