**Key Responsibilities** Equipment Management**:

- Prepare, issue, and collect equipment for officers, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Maintain checklists for accuracy and accountability, using digital tools.
- Manage inventory systems for tracking and reporting, optimizing resource allocation.
- Coordinate routine and urgent maintenance, establishing preventive schedules.
- Maintain records of officer assignments and equipment usage for informed decision-making.
- Oversee charging and maintenance of battery-operated equipment for immediate readiness.
- Organize equipment storage for efficient access and management.
- Collaborate with teams to assess equipment needs and implement tech-driven improvements.

**Found Items Coordination**:

- Respond to inquiries about lost items and provide effective solutions.
- Document lost items digitally and track their status.
- Work with Control Room staff to search for left-behind items on aircraft.
- Update tracking systems for recovered items and ensure proper handover.
- Organize found items in storage for easy access.
- Assist in item transfers with ground officers and Control Room staff.

**Key Requirements**
- Proven multitasking ability in complex tracking operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
