DePuy Synthes, part of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies, is currently recruiting for a Knee Regional Marketing Manager.

DePuy Synthes solutions, in specialties including joint reconstruction, trauma, craniomaxillofacial, spinal surgery and sports medicine, are designed to advance patient care while delivering clinical and economic value to health care systems worldwide.

The individual is responsible for establishing and delivering knee marketing strategies to ensure achievement of long-term market share and profitability objectives in the region. You will work closely with local marketing teams and regional functions to drive base business growth, Velys adoption, knee new product launches and support cross-franchises collaborations. You will also lead all aspects of generating insights and market assessments to define market needs and growth opportunities.

The role will require the development and management of portfolio promotion activities, and driving procedure development in targeted specialties. In addition, the individual will also work closely with education team on PE / CommED program design and delivery

Critical to this role’s success will be the individual’s leadership skills and the ability to communicate and work well with all levels of internal and external partners.

This position reports to the Regional Marketing Director - Knee Restoration, DePuy Synthes APAC

**Job responsibilities**
- Lead Strategic Planning process, projects and product development for Knee portfolio within Asia Pacific
- Oversee the regional strategies for the identified portfolio business growth through product innovation for all markets in Asia Pacific
- Evaluate and develop market insights & “Voice of Customer” (VOC) for Asia Pacific Knee
- Develop knee commercialization strategies and product launch planning
- Manage the effective continual launch of new products in the individual markets across the region
- Feedback and Input to Global NPD, Product Pipeline, Licensing & Acquisitions
- Ensure the representation of Asia Pacific customer needs in product development pipeline of identified portfolio including
- Involvement of Asia Pacific surgeons in development projects
- Involvement of Asia Pacific sites in market place evaluations
- Regional Business and Marketing Plan Development & Execution
- Lead Strategic Planning & development of Business Plan Guidelines and Inputs for Knee portfolio
- Establish annual plans in collaboration with markets and Source Company, including financials and resource requirements
- Develop regional knee portfolio strategy and detailed marketing plans for execution
- Monitor Regional Business Plan and Sales Targets to deliver knee commitments
- Partner with Supply Chain forecasting and ensure effective inventory management
- Rationalize and optimize the product portfolio in each country to reflect needs and economies of the customer
- Drive knee robotic assisted surgery adoption
- Partner with HEMA group on development of regional Market Access and Health Economics Strategy for Asia Pacific knee portfolio
- Support Local Marketing teams with Marketing Plans & Execution
- Provide expert product knowledge and marketing support
- Ongoing optimization of the new product launch process in each market to continually improve the time to market for new products and the execution of launches
- Professional / Commercial Education and Engagement
- Work closely with Education team on programs development and contribute to the overall development of Knee Prof Ed /Comm Ed strategy in Asia Pacific
- Regional Surgeon Engagement
- Establish and foster relationships with key KOLs across the region
- Ensure appropriate KOL relationship management segmentation across regional and country marketing teams
- Front-End Marketing
- Develop and execute regional digital strategy for knee
- Work closely with countries to uncover business development opportunities and build business rationale with global and regional partners
- Establish regional strategy for front end solutions such as navigation, pre-op planning, robotics

- Diligently participate in assigned compliance program-related initiatives and activities.

**Qualifications**:

- University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- At least 5+ years relevant work experience
- Previous Sales and\or Marketing experience
- Joint experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage across a matrix environment.
- Proven track record in executing and delivering results.
- Ability to connect and build partnerships with key stakeholders in different environments and markets.
- Self-driven leader with demonstrated success in leading projects and strategy.
