Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall project scheme design, organization, process phase review, and execution;
- Responsible for project requirement decomposition, structural detailed design, review, and control of core technologies and difficult issues, providing solutions and controlling milestones;
- Responsible for product requirement and concept design, completing system scheme design, responsible for review and milestone control of project assembly design, BOM output, and key item review;
- Responsible for process control of project design tasks, completing them according to the project task plan, reporting problems in a timely manner, and taking corrective measures.
- Responsible for cooperating with the production manufacturing team to promptly solve problems that may arise during production line assembly and debugging, ensuring the smooth launch of new products.

Job Requirements:

- Major in mechanical design or optomechanical product design and production; over ten years of experience in designing automated assembly processes and production lines for high-precision optomechanical products;
- Able to formulate a complete overall design scheme, organize and lead a design team, and execute and complete projects on time and according to indicators;
- Proficient in using 3D/D mechanical design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and measuring tools;
- Familiar with knowledge related to the production, quality, technology, and cost of optomechanical products, particularly professional knowledge and production and quality management in industries such as electronics, automotive, and new energy;
- Have experience leading and participating in the successful design of optomechanical product production lines;
- Good expression, communication, coordination, analysis, and problem-solving abilities, as well as teamwork abilities;
- Fluent in using English to communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams;
- Able to travel to countries outside China (especially Southeast Asia) and work locally when needed.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
