**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge products from concept to mass production.
- Design electro-mechanical subsystems, micro-mechanisms, and transmission systems with precision and innovation.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams and part suppliers throughout the product lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate the construction of prototypes and pilot-run articles to ensure high-quality production standards.
- Evaluate and review vendor performance to maintain quality and efficiency in the supply chain.
- Lead project discussions and provide technical guidance as needed to drive project success.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the company to support overall business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks or Solid Designer.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in mechanism or automation design are preferred.
- Expertise in sheet metal, injection molded, and rubber parts design.
- Experience in performing stack tolerance analysis to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Excellent team player with a strong passion for innovative design.
- Willingness to participate in overseas attachments as required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles.
- Familiarity with materials and manufacturing processes related to sheet metal and injection molding.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities in a multidisciplinary team.
