**Full-Time Baker**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, mix, and bake various breads and pastries, with a focus on **sourdough, brioche, croissants, and bagels**:

- Operate and maintain baking equipment (e.g. ovens, mixers, proofers)
- Ensure consistent quality and timely output for all baked goods
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Monitor product freshness and rotate or discard items as needed
- Assist in creating seasonal menu items and experimenting with new recipes
- Manage inventory and reorder baking supplies when necessary
- Follow all food safety and company guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of professional baking experience
- Experience with **sourdough, brioche, croissants, or bagels** is preferred
- Valid food hygiene certificate
- Able to stand for long hours and lift up to 25kg
- Reliable, independent, and works well in a team
- Passionate about artisan baking

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- **Closed on Sundays**
