**What you will be doing**
- Perform daily trade operations including pre-trade, trade allocation, post-trade confirmation and settlements
- Reconciliation of daily cash and positions as well as liquidity monitoring
- Liaise with Fund Administrator on all fund accounting issues, including income/expenses and P&L
- Onboarding of customers/investors, working with various stakeholders to manage Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance, specifically for high-net-worth (HNW) and institutional investors, ensuring all regulatory standards are met
- Perform account opening and liaison with key external stakeholders such as brokers/custodians, legal, auditors to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration
- Assist in coordinating annual audits with Firm’s external and internal auditors
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects

**Who we need**
- 2 to 3 years of experience with Asset Manager/Fund Manager/Fund Administrators/Private Banks, with Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Individual who takes pride, meticulous and ownership in their own work
- Good communication in English and Mandarin and interpersonal skills sd you
- Dynamic, proactive, and able to work under pressure
