Aregence Capital Management (“Aregence”) is a Singapore-based investment firm focused on Emerging Asia (Indian sub-continent and Southeast Asia), one of the fastest growing and under-researched regions of the world. Our investments are driven by our on-the-ground primary research and extensive local networks. Due to an expanding business, we are looking to add to our dynamic team with the addition of an Operations Associate.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a junior hedge fund Operations Associate at Aregence in Singapore. Working closely with the COO and Head of Operations, you will be responsible for daily operational tasks including PMS tool and other systems, NAV preparation, counterparty management/reporting and other ad hoc requirements.

**Qualifications**
- **Must have relevant operations experience in hedge fund, prime broker, administrator, or auditor.**:

- Operations, administration and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven abilities using MS excel and to manage multiple work streams and tight deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team
- Experience (1-3 years) in a hedge fund, prime broker, fund administrator or large audit firm is considered a material advantage.
- Experience in India equities is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
