Key Account Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and foster strong relationships with key client accounts.
- Serve as the primary liaison personnel between client and internal departments (i.e. Marketing and Operations) on request and issue resolution.
- Understand customers’ requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor market conditions to recommend appropriate pricing and marketing strategy.
- Track and ensure monthly engagement reports are submitted on timely basis.
- Present, negotiate and prepare contracts, quotations and etc
Job requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client account management or servicing
- Proficient in English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and motivation to achieve results
- Has a proven ability to strategize and prioritize engagements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives across various stakeholder
