As our **Office and Programme Coordinator**, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us scale our impact while keeping our operations smooth and people-centered. This is more than just a job. If you have a "giving back" mindset, thrive in dynamic environments, and care about social purpose—**you’ll feel right at home here.** **What Will You Do?** **Office Administration** - Oversee daily office operations including scheduling, supplies, and vendor management - Maintain up-to-date records, files, and shared documents - Support HR admin tasks for team members and volunteers (attendance, leave tracking) - Manage petty cash and raise invoices - Coordinate logistics for meetings, staff events, and internal communications **Programme Coordination** - Assist in the planning and delivery of programmes, workshops, and events - Maintain programme calendars and coordinate with facilitators and participants - Track attendance, feedback, and outcomes to support reporting and improvement - Liaise with external partners, participants, and volunteers to ensure smooth programme execution **Communication & Reporting** - Keep programme dashboards and operational trackers updated - Contribute to social media posts and newsletters **What You Bring** - 2-4 years of experience in admin, ops, or programme support - Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office; experience with Trello or Asana is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks independently **What We’re Looking For** - A positive, solutions-focused mindset - Passion for community work and inclusive social impact - Comfort working with diverse individuals and grassroots volunteers - Attention to detail with a collaborative spirit - Someone who is dependable, flexible, and purpose-driven **Why Join Us?** - Be part of a **close-knit, values-led team** making tangible impact in people’s lives - Grow with us as we evolve into Singapore’s next chapter of active ageing and community empowerment - Enjoy a supportive work culture with space for learning, initiative, and collaboration - Make a real difference—**every day** **We value diversity and lived experience.
