Key Responsibilities:
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining organized filing systems, databases, and records, both electronic and physical.
- **Document Preparation**: Drafting and formatting documents such as reports, memos, and presentations.
- **Office Support**: Managing office supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance, and assisting with general office duties.
- **Event Planning**: Assisting with the planning and coordination of events and meetings.
- **Project Support**: Tracking deadlines, facilitating communication, and providing support to various projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
- **Organizational Skills**:Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in using office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software), and other relevant technologies.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise in daily operations.
- **Discretion and Professionalism**:Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining a professional demeanor.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,200.00 per month
Expected hours: 35 - 54 per week
