About the team
Monetization Integrity is a global team responsible for ensuring that all monetized creativity on TikTok is safe, ethical and high quality. The team aims to deliver innovative solutions to improve the advertiser experience and manage risks on TikTok. The global Monetization Integrity (MI) team ensures safe and quality experiences between users, creators, and businesses.

About The Role
We are looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner Lead (HRBP Lead) to join our growing Human Resources team. Based in Singapore, this role aims to provide strategic partnership and consultation to the growing Monetization Integrity Services business teams.

As an HR Business Partner Lead, you will lead a team of HRBPs to support your organization’s leader and team across the entire talent lifecycle. The role will be expected to strategize and collaborate with corporate, local, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR team members to identify growth opportunities and to engage and retain employees through HR initiatives that drive and scale talent growth and organizational vitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with business leaders to translate business strategies and objectives into an HR roadmap; garner support and identify ownership for that roadmap; establish regular meeting cadence to advise/inform leaders of progress and further transparency throughout the organization and support Global HRBP leader on the development and execution of global programs in order to ensure alignment and cross-collaboration amongst the entire suite of global business groups
- Coach leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development, and succession; organization effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics
- Proactively manages and resolves complex employee relations issues and legal risk; ensures manager and employee compliance with company policies and procedures, and governmental regulations, partner with the legal department to support investigations as needed
- Provide guidance and lead the implementation of business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling
- Measure and monitor trends and the impact of key HR metrics and dashboards to drive HR needs planning
- Leverage the COEs (HR Centers of Excellence) to develop and implement programs that foster employee engagement, D&I, and success
- Manage a team of talented HR professionals, drive learning & development, and employee retention projects, work on improvement of existing HR processes and procedures while collaborating with regional leaders and stakeholders across the business, enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; execute a goal-setting agenda with 360 performance evaluations and oversee the formal performance review and calibrations process.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years as a Human Resources Business Partner in a high-growth company (preferably a Global Tech business environment) and a total of at least 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, as either a generalist, people leader, business partner, or human capital consultant
- BA/BS degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Human Resources Management preferred; certifications and course work in specific areas of HR expertise a plus, including coaching certifications
- A successful track record of designing and implementing people programs along with strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, and demonstrated progression and increased scope in a matrixed, high-growth organization.
- Deep business acumen and the know-how of building and growing businesses through the ongoing development and support of its people.
- HR experience in at least three or more areas below: organizational design, succession planning, performance management, business consulting, culture transformation, compensation and rewards, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.
