Senior Director - The Private Office - Global Residential Markets
Singapore and SEA

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Director to join the highly successful and market-leading Residential team at JLL as Senior Director, Private Office, based in Singapore. The JLL Residential business offers numerous services across Advisory, Capital Markets, Consultancy, Development, Estate Agency, Funding, Investment, New Homes, and International Sales.

The Private Office specialises in supporting Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) and their requirements by providing a personalised private service to support their Global Residential requirements.

JLL has an immediate requirement for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to set up and establish a new Private Office in Singapore to target UHNWI’s in Singapore and South East Asia who require a tailored and personalised private approach to sourcing residential properties for self-use, investment, or lifestyle purposes around the World.

**Key attributes for the role include**:
An understanding of the Global International markets
Experience of working within the Prime Residential markets
Private office, Family office, Private Banking or Prime Real Estate background
Proven track record of working with UHNWI’s
Fast and efficient with an understanding of the sense of urgency
Competitive, self-motivated and results driven
Strong attention to detail, competency, and a team player
Able to work collaboratively and react quickly to challenges
Prepared to travel
