Overview
Join SS&C Technologies for the Associate Director, Private Markets role. This role focuses on managing the delivery of key reporting for Hybrid funds serviced by SS&C Fund Services Asia, ensuring NAVs and financial information are reported accurately and on time, while maintaining strong internal controls in accordance with financial policies.
Responsibilities
Deliver accurate and timely work product within specified timelines, coordinating with other team members
Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting for alternative investment funds, with emphasis on Private Equity
Review transaction documentation and supporting files; understand investment features, accruals, etc.
Review work paper files for accuracy and completeness, including capital activity, investment activity, income and expense accruals, valuation adjustments
Prepare/review management fee calculations, update distribution waterfall models in line with fund terms; review investor allocations and capital
