**Job Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the monthly report to summarize the performance result of each of the Client Advisors and calculate and propose the yearend bonus for each of them based on the internal policy.
- Formulate and maintain internal Policies and Procedures and various Forms applied for the business.
- Familiar with the Private Banking systems so as to provide guidance to the Front Officer counterparty for system input and data flow;
- Liaise with Head Office IT system support team to report any system issue.
- Conduct the UAT whenever there is a system upgrade or before the launch of any new system.
- Plan and execute marketing campaign.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Take up ad hoc assignment.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experiences with the Operations team for the business of Private Banking, Wealth Management or SME.
- Bachelor’s degree, or similar.
- Demonstrate a strong team player mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must.
