Your Team, Your Impact
Sales Operations team at Marvell plays a vital role in supporting the company meeting its revenue goals. This team provides data analysis, insights and ensures efficient execution of sales strategies and customers requests. Team is constantly look out for opportunity to streamlining workflows, optimizing processes, and facilitating communication among cross functional teams and contribute significantly to system integration as well as achieving revenue goals, ultimately driving the success and growth of the organization.
What You Can Expect
- Responsible for overall Order Management from Quote to Cash process.
- Supporting both new and existing regional customers and act as a focal point of contact for assigned customers.
- Attend to customer inquiries and engage with internal cross functional team such as regional sales, Business units, Demand Supply, and other regional stakeholders to resolve issue or get a response to customer in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborates with Business unit and operation team to drive supply and meeting customer’s needs and on time delivery.
- Regular review with customer on bookings/ shipments vs sales forecast and ensure forecast accuracy as well as orders booked with sufficient lead time and linearity.
- Ensure all supporting documentation are well maintained and order processes are in line with SOX, QTC guidelines and Trade compliance.
- 3PL hub Management including forecast analysis, replenishment, consumption projection and ensure inventory is maintained at an optimal level and ensure aged material consumed within contractual term.
- Manage goods return (RMA) from customers as per company’s policies and guidelines.
- Actively participate in UAT on continuous business process improvement or system enhancement / implementation and provide feedback on incidents for review, analysis, and fixes.
- Perform other duties/projects as and when assigned
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Arts or related fields and at least 1-3 years of related professional experience. Master’s degree in Business, Science, Arts or related fields with no professional experience.
