**Purpose and Scope**
- Sembcorp is seeking a Senior Process Excellence Manager to join the Group Procurement team. This role is based in Singapore and will be responsible to deliver Procurement Excellence for Sembcorp Procurement. Drive procurement transformation and governance initiatives.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Process and Governance
- Procurement Process - Lead Group Policy and Standards deployment and improvement. Work closely with BU to develop robust process. Drive process consistency and efficiency across organization.
- Procurement Governance - Develop Procurement Governance framework and deployment.
- Responsible to lead team to execute procurement assurance checks in accordance with plan.
- Work closely with Internal Audit team for overall procurement governance.
- Performance and Portfolio management - Responsible for key procurement leading and lagging indicators reporting, including health checks and procurement system adoption rate.
- Oversees data integrity for Corporate and senior management reporting.
- Procurement Digitalization - Maintain procurement e-system for existing user groups and represent in new sites roll out. Manage system performance and liaise with System service provider for overall delivery.
- Procurement Community Building - Organize procurement related councils and category reviews chaired by Head of Group Procurement. Monitor the execution of best practices sharing across Markets, promote collaboration and community building.
- Master Data Governance - Act as Master Data governance lead for SAP MM module.
- Procurement Digitalization - Project team member to contribute and responsible for the success of project. Support Policies and SOP roll out, jointly with e-procurement system deployment.
- Sustainability - Lead key initiatives on sustainability procurement or related topics such as Scope 3 Emission reporting.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement/ Supply chain/ Business Management/Engineering with minimum 10 years procurement experience in Digital Procurement project and P2P Transformation and Project Management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge in establishing Procurement governance framework and deployment.
- Knowledge of relevant IT systems including SAP, S2P e-platform deployment.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with respective functions to drive S2P efficiency and compliance.
- Ability to communicate and influence across different levels in the organization, engaging and collaborative way of working.
- Passion in continuous improvement, people development and driving changes. Based in Singapore, with minimum travel required.
- Process and results oriented with growth mindset.
- Effective presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g. SAP and e-procurement system, GEP).
