You will support end-to-end procurement processes, provide operational guidance to stakeholders and contribute to operational efficiency improvements. What The Role Is As a Senior Executive/ Manager, Procurement Operations in the Finance and Procurement Division, you will be part of a team that serves as the centre of excellence for procurement activities across MOE schools and Headquarters (HQ). You will support end-to-end procurement processes, provide operational guidance to stakeholders and contribute to operational efficiency improvements. What You Will Be Working On Develop procurement approaches and strategies to meet schools and MOE HQ’s operational needs Manage and support tender exercises for HQ divisions and schools Establish and administer MOE’s demand aggregation contracts for HQ divisions and schools Provide advice on procurement policies and support the development of procurement resources, guides and templates We welcome individuals with or without work experience to apply for the position. What We Are Looking For Relevant experience in procurement work and familiarity with government procurement policies and processes would be an advantage An independent, proactive and resourceful team player Good analytical abilities, writing, communication and presentation skills As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
