Job Description:

- Verification of claims on daily basis and complete all verification of claims by monthly cut-off date
- Staff claim report for payment purpose after cutting off
- Staff claim information extraction for compliance purposes
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

You are expected to render your services under the following service days and hours:

- Timesheet must be dutifully verified by the Manager and submit to the HR Department by 1st of the month
- Service/professional fee will be based on per hourly basis; you will be paid only for the hours you render your services
- You are not expected to work and will not be paid on public holiday, or on days where the company declared off.
- Any additional man-days required on Public Holiday, Saturday and/or Sunday must be approved by SICK before commencement.
