Work with a team of Claims Processors in office
- Identify, analyze and develop responses to financial risks and Workto meet the monthly KPI
- Track the project schedule, Outstanding Claims to be submitted, prepare/update value of works done and prepare/adjust claims done by sub-contractors and follow upclosely
- Checking Sketches, drawings, photos, lidar measurments and quantities for accuracy of calculations for all claims.
- To keep track and monitor the Works order issued, validity and progress of the projects
- Work closely with the Project coordinator to determine the valuation of work done at site and responsible for the submission of timely claims, including negotiating and substantiate the basis for each progress claims up-to the settlement of variation orders and final account
- To review, verify and negotiate the claims and variation orders submitted by the subcontractors and suppliers and to prepare the payment response/certificates and to ensure the process is in compliance with the SOP requirements and all documents to substantiate the claim is in order.
- Work closely with the Project team to administer and monitor the contracts with the customers/main-contractors and subcontractors/suppliers
- Liaising with project managers, finance team, clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers for the purposes of submitting all pending claims in a timely-fashion with no documentation issues.
- Prepare timely reports on claim and project status as requested by Management for monthly review and follow ups.
- Other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
