The incumbent will be responsible to manage a sales team of 10 and develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities including:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and guide the Sales team to result in client satisfaction and revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers while understanding their business objectives and needs
- Foster relationships with existing and new customers to achieve desired revenue
- Promote positivity and motivation within the Sales team
- Investigate and resolve factors impacting sales performance
- Keep abreast of trends and markets within the semiconductor industry to enhance market adaptability and competition
- Monitor changes in industry and leverage them for new business opportunities
- Review sales performance and analyzing performance reports

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Electronics/Electrical /Business Management or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor or electronics industry
- Strong organizational and leadership skills of at least 5-7 years of track record in managing a sales team
- Knowledgeable and excellent networking in semiconductor industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of managing a team in SEA region
- Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $9,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
