**Key Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**
- Front Technology Business partners, Business Units to champion key EUC related initiatives and operationalize infra-related support, service workflows & share in regular ITSC forums.
- Work with technology team members and outsourced service providers to document best practices and procedures for the daily operations task. Key duties include plan, manage and deliver EUC related projects/activities to upkeep, strengthen or create new infrastructure services to enhance service satisfaction and delivery.
- Raise change requests for infrastructure-related tasks within the ITSM portal.
- Work closely with Human Resources to assess new hires Office365 licensing requirements. Key duties include windows ID attestation, verifying and identifying stale/inactive accounts in AD/AzureAD to remove so that Office365 licenses that can be reused in helping to control costs for SATS.
- Regularly evaluate SSL certificates, monitor expiration dates, and initiate timely renewal processes to ensure the continuous security and functionality of all infrastructure services.
- Update Technology organization chart in our Sharepoint portal.
- Support, troubleshoot issues in meeting rooms on events and meetings when required.
- Undertake typical break fix and support activities on all EUC related infrastructure alongside managed vendors i.e. Konica Minolta printing/scanning, 3CX, Avaya phones etc both on-site and remotely, as required.

**Key Requirements**
- Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology.
- Knowledge and experience working with the following:

- Group Policy
- Windows 10/11
- Image building and deployment
- Active Directory/Exchange/Office365
- Asset and patch management systems
- MECM/SCCM etc.
- Application packaging
- Mobile Device Management
- Desktop/Application Virtualisation technologies (RDS, Citrix. VMWare)
- TCP/IP, LAN/WAN & Windows networking (DNS, DHCP)
- Windows Server OS 2008/2012/2016 - desirable
- Cloud infrastructure services (Microsoft Azure/AWS) - desirable
- Strong communication skills and expectation management skills, able to communicate to C level management in a confident and tactful way
- Positive & Can-do attitude
- Strong technical skills in trouble shooting issues related to Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smart phones etc.
- Strong project, vendor and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication (both oral and written) as well as strong project, vendor and contract management skills.
- Pro-active, dynamic, dedicated and responsible self-starter with strong customer orientation and multi-tasking capabilities.
