Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Stay updated on technology and business evolution to identify, develop, and pursue COSYS+ capabilities.
- Monitor industry developments and new standards, evaluating relevant capabilities for adoption in the COSYS+ platform.
- Collaborate with the Vendor and Technology department to adopt new technologies and upgrades, strengthening COSYS+ and its digital solutions.
- Maintain the technology stack used by the COSYS+ application, ensuring adherence to cybersecurity compliance.
- Engage with customers and vendors to prioritize future developments of the COSYS+ platform, ensuring cross-tenant usability.
- Track and understand the feature set used by COSYS+ customers, ensuring features are well-documented and their enabling/disabling behavior is clear.
- Ensure service offerings to COSYS+ customers adhere to SLAs by working closely with vendors.
- Develop a list of certified 3rd party accessories and peripherals compatible with COSYS+ (e.g., printers, scanners, handheld devices).
- Monitor equipment End of Life and identify new models for potential introduction.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Professional certifications to the role will be advantageous
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in IT systems or cargo warehouse systems.
- Prior experience in application product management is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of project Profit & Loss.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude and collaborative spirit.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders, with strong communication and presentation skills.
