We are looking for a motivated and passionate Retail Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, providing excellent service, and ensuring smooth daily store operations in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth execution of sales, service, and merchandising standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Prepare and manage staff rosters, ensuring adequate manpower coverage for daily operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service recovery in a professional manner.
  • Support in training and onboarding of new team members to maintain Läderach's brand and service excellence.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, adherence to company policies, and compliance with audit requirements.
  • Assist the Store Manager in performance tracking, reporting, and execution of store initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in a premium or F&B retail environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and a genuine passion for luxury retail.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift hours as required by retail operations
  • Min ITE / Diploma / Degree
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • 5 days work week; 44 hours in a week
