Job Title: Assistant Managing Director
Job Summary:
As the Assistant Managing Director of KRETA International Pte Ltd, you will work closely with the Managing Director/CEO to provide strategic guidance and operational leadership to the organization. Your role will involve assisting in driving business growth, managing key initiatives, and ensuring the overall success of the company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a pivotal role in implementing strategies, fostering innovation, and maintaining high standards of excellence.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Strategic Support:
- Collaborate with the Managing Director/CEO in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the company's vision and goals.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive intelligence, and growth opportunities.
- Assist in the formulation of business development strategies and initiatives to expand the company's market presence.
2. Operational Excellence:
- Support the Managing Director/CEO in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient and effective processes across all departments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, and provide recommendations for improvements and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with department heads to drive operational efficiencies and enhance productivity.
3. Business Development:
- Assist in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess the viability and potential of new business ventures.
- Support the development and execution of comprehensive business development plans and strategies.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, investors, and government agencies.
- Support the Managing Director/CEO in managing relationships with existing clients and developing new client partnerships.
- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry events, enhancing its reputation and expanding its network.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of initiatives.
- Support the implementation of projects and initiatives aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
6. Leadership and Mentoring:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to employees, promoting their professional growth and development.
- Support the Managing Director/CEO in cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture.

- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a managerial or executive capacity.
