**Job Overview
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Compensation Strategy**:Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that align with Chagee SEA’s business goals and objectives.
- **Performance Management**:Design and manage performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
- **Incentive Plans**:Develop and manage short-term and long-term incentive plans, including bonuses, share options, and other reward programs to motivate and retain employees.
- **Market Analysis**:Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- **Policy Development**:Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- **Employee Communication**:Communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees, ensuring they understand the value and structure of their rewards.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits metrics, preparing detailed reports and providing strategic recommendations to the SEA Human Resources Director.
- **Compliance**:Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local and international labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- **Vendor Management**:Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the compensation and benefits function.

**Preferred Skills**
- Extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, particularly within the retail or food and beverage sector.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using compensation analysis and HR software.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of incentive plans and performance management systems.
- Knowledge of local and international labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
