Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Senior Leasing Manager for one of our iconic retail assets.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;-
- May contribute to property leasing plan, and related activities.- Provide advice to less experienced leasing staff and develops the team knowledge.- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with Company and legislative requirements.- May prepare Leasing forecasts and contribute to informed decision making through analysis.

To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Economics, Business, or Finance, combined with an advanced knowledge of role.
- Experience in an property or leasing role, and/or expert knowledge of property/asset management industries, asset valuations methodologies and principles, Planning and communication skills including the ability to confidently present to various stakeholders.
- Competencies include: Decision Making, Planning & Organising, Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking.
