**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- Support the planning process, such as envisioning, formulation of the Group’s planning guidance, development, implementation and evaluation of the Group’s plans, goals, objectives, policies and procedures. - Be part of managing the Infrastructure workforce transformation and change management strategies of the group, to align with corporate workforce vision, including conduct of needs analysis, develop and implement competency framework and implementation plan (e.g. emplacement, training and development plans). - Drive the adoption of GIG standards/guidelines to WOG and agencies. Manage sharing clinics and discussion with standards developers and agency users. Promulgate and drive implementation of best practises based on the standards. - Work with standards/guidelines developers to incorporate industry new ICT technologies and know-how to constantly upgrade these standards for WOG. - Research, assess and drive participation in relevant ICT industry infrastructure technical domains Communities of Practice(CoPs) for our WOG infrastructure engineers and architects (IFE/IFA) to exhibit their thought leaderships in the ICT infrastructure domains. - Work with policy developers to sync up ICT infrastructure technical standards with WOG wide policies (IM8). - In charge of GIG ICT Infra competency framework. Manage technical competency assessment and provide recommendation for actions for ICT infra technical domains progression or for management attention. - Work with ICT Infra competency assessment specialist (CAS) leads in GIG to determine training required to level up IFE/IFA competency. Development content for training and community engagements.
