Account/admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Job Description- Raising payments to suppliers and reconciling receipts from customers, and performing bank reconciliation on a daily basis
- Preparing of Accounts Payable and Receivable reports, quarterly GST reports and Management Financial Reports
- Maintaining project status schedules and update management
- Assist in establishing internal control procedures to improve the accounting process
- Assisting in ERP implementing,
- Liaising with Directors, external auditors and tax agents as applicable
- Preparing monthly estimated tax computation, budget tax computation, and yearly tax submission review.
- Perform monthly inter-company reconciliation
- Perform month-end closing and audit schedule
- Posting of month-end closing journal entries
- ad-hoc projects assigned by CFO
Qualification Requirements- Professional Accounting Qualification
- Accounting Software: MYOB
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
