**Roles & Responsibilities**

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) is America’s largest, fully accredited university specializing in aviation and aerospace. Our Singapore office is looking for a confident and self-driven individual to fill the role of Executive, Student Recruitment. This role will assist in the areas below:
**Student Recruitment**
- Responsible for the recruitment of students from Singapore
- Work with the Marketing team to generate leads and prospects by organizing outreach activities and events with local polytechnics, pre-university institutions, and schools to promote ERAU programs that are delivered in Singapore

**Agents Management**
- Recruit and manage relationship with education agents in Singapore and overseas
- Conduct agents’ training to ensure appointed agents provide all the right information during pre-course counselling sessions with prospective students

**Relationship Management**
- Be the primary contact for all prospects and parents regarding ERAU Asia’s programs
- Engage with prospects by providing updates on the University
- Build and maintain positive relationships with high schools’ guidance counsellors
- Ensure all leads generated at recruitment events are uploaded into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

**Events Management**
- Support all student recruitment related events such as summer camp, information sessions, education fairs, Open Houses, etc.
- Support and help coordinate the logistics of international recruitment events, including but not limited to, coordinating with courier companies, and shipping of marketing materials to event venues

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma holder with at least 2 years’ experience in the education industry, preferred
- Preferably with experience engaging with education agents in Singapore and overseas
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in English is essential to the role to communicate with stakeholders
- Customer-centric, enjoy meeting and speaking with people
