Job summary
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and advise a set of cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, accounting, treasury, infrastructure, sales and product teams, to drive the global expansion of AWS
- Execute multiple time-sensitive, large-scale projects to meet business objectives in defined project timeframes
- Identify, drive, and develop best practices, efficiencies, and project workflows
- Own project management and problem solving for compliance and risk related issues
- Understanding of financial systems, customer invoicing, business process workflows, tax reporting, legal risks, and technical accounting
- Excellent writing ability and executive communication
- Experience working with international teams
- Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role
- Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
