The Business Development Representative (BDR) learns sales best practices and how to use company tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, Vidyard) to successfully source new meetings.

**Responsibilities**:
- Understands their assigned Target Addressable Market/Ideal Customer Profile.- Understands their assigned market personas.- Successfully sourced $500K revenue (minimum 10 deals) or 20 closed won deals.- Successfully completed 2 mock Initial Calls w/Enterprise Sales Professional, Sales Enablement Division Lead, or Sales Director.- Successfully completed 1 mock Demo w/Enterprise Sales Professional, Sales Enablement Division Lead, or Sales Director.- Successfully able to explain: CW Aggregation process and value, CW Recon/Validation process and value, Target Addressable Market/Ideal Customer Profile, Market specific value prop, Market specific ROI, Market specific Personas.- Normally follows established sourcing best practices including sales process and sales tools. Requires instructions only on new scenarios.

**Requirements**:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Business Development or Inside Sales role- Track record attaining and exceeding targets- Excellent relationship building and management- Competitiveness - passion & drive- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

Desired Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or accounting- Experience with Salesforce; or CRM database- 2+ years of prior sales experience
