**Responsibilities**:

- Handles the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department.
- Ensure overall financial compliance and maintenance of accounting books.
- Maintain the General Ledger and subsidiary ledgers. Finalize month-end reports, upkeep records for audit e.g. recording of journal entries (receipts, payments, purchases, stock, services invoicing, accruals, audit adjustments, etc.
- Maintain accounts payables & receivables.
- Process cheque and cash payments to suppliers and staff reimbursements.
- Maintain and monitor cashflow, and manage day-to-day banking.
- Liaison with external auditors and bankers.
- Assist in the preparation of Tax forms, Statutory Financial Reporting, Funding Applications/Claims (such as recurrent subvention, CST, Medifund and ad-hoc grants) and GST reporting.
- Liaison with AIC, MOH and other relevant authorities on grants and subsidies, etc.
- Assist in the implementation of improvement to the system, as may be required.
- Any other duties as and when assigned.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma in Accounting with 5 years working experience in full set of accounts.
- Knowledge of accounting/software and MS office.
- Meticulous, well-organized and able to work independently with tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player with initiative and positive working attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
