**Your tasks**:

- Responsible for the creation and issuing of PO
- Tracking and expediting of PO including direct responsibility for material availability
- Co-ordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on material purchase ops
- Update and file relevant documents required for audit and traceability
- Support the project team in fulfilling on time delivery focusing on full spectrum of order processing functions for local and overseas markets
- Issue Order Acknowledgement to customers and ensuring Sales Orders are in compliance with sales terms and conditions
- Prioritization and tracking of customers orders in SAP including expediting and handling change request
- Coordinate and prepare shipment documentation / plan to ensure product delivery schedule
- Generate invoicing and point of contact on billing matters including commercial e.g. L/C, Credit Notes etc.
- Implement customer service standards, order processing procedure, export control regulations and company’s guidelines
- Generate reports and KPI information required for management decision process
- Support in the optimization of SAP
- Engagement with Suppliers/ Customers in attaining good response and support to the team
- Work alongside with key stakeholders to review and improve work processes to meet current and future needs

**Your qualifications**:

- Proficient in SAP R3 SD modules is a plus
- Good knowledge and experience in handling L/C, INCOTERM, Credit/Debit note ops
- Strategic Goods Documentation and control
- Customer oriented focus and mindset
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to solve and handle problems effectively, and make decisions with mínimal supervision
- A good team player who is keen to learn and able to work well with various levels of seniority
