**Your tasks**:

- Manage the Service Hotline and serve as the first customer contact point for the service department
- Generate quotations pertaining to service related queries
- Assist in commercial and technical order clarification
- Processing of service jobs and orders via SAP
- Tracking and monitoring of service jobs (end-to-end) to meet committed service deliveries
- Responsible for order fulfillment inclusive and not limited to delivery note, cost estimation, invoicing, settlement rules, export processing and etc
- Other duties or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis

**Your qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations or relevant field of studies
- Prior experience of working with SAP ERP system
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good customer service demeanor, attention to details and possess pro-active mindset
- Able to meet stipulated deadlines
- Able to work independently as well as a team player across departments- Reference Number: 3730
