**Your tasks**:

- Support pre-order requests from Technical Sales
- Ensure that KISS quotation tallies with contract
- Add in relevant lines to complete KISS quotation/ OCS
- Update Project Pipeline
- Ensure that Risk Evaluation/ BOD/ additional discount approval has been obtained when necessary
- Ensure proper hand over of order to SCM to process in SAP
- Contract / PO has to be signed and endorsed
- Support operational reports such as System Engineering, Technical Sales and Project Management reports
- Support department meetings in coordination and minutes-taking
- Support customer visits and trainings
- Update records of SAT
- Update and support warranty certification and training certification
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties

**Your qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in engineering or business administration.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
- Good time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
