Singapore BARCODE MARKETING PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**
- To ensure proper management of the overseas franchise partners including product ordering, marketing, retail operations, new stores opening, after-sales enquiries etc.
- To coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- To conduct training for newly joined business partners
- To be eloquent on HQ operational procedures to advice franchisees
- To be accountable for sales margin and performance of overseas franchise businesses
- To analyze franchise monthly reports, and make recommendations to franchisees to maintain healthy inventory level and optimize sell through
- To assist in costing and pricing of merchandise and planning of product launches, to plan and execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales
- To research and source for new potential overseas business partners
- To be actively involved in merchandising duties such as campaign coordination, VM rollouts, product quality control and store visits.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any relevant certification with min 2 years of experience in Fashion Merchandising or overseas Franchise Management
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a flair for fashion
- Able to coordinate and communicate across departments effectively
- Pleasant personality with strong language proficiency in English and Mandarin (To liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Meticulous, Independent & able to work in a fast pace environment
