Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? **SuperGenius Preschool**is looking for an enthusiastic and driven **Centre Manager**to lead and grow our enrichment programmes.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding our enrichment arm by driving business growth and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, loves creating meaningful learning experiences for children, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Lead the growth of our enrichment programmes and bring new ideas to life.
- Manage the centre’s daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and families have a great experience.
- Plan and execute marketing activities to attract new students and keep them engaged.
- Motivate and support your team to reach their goals and grow professionally.
- Track performance and find ways to improve how we do things.
- Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders by listening, sharing updates, and acting on feedback.
- Make sure our programmes meet all regulatory standards and always put safety first.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in centre management, enrichment programmes, or similar roles.
- A natural leader with strong business development and marketing skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for children’s growth, enrichment, and education.

**Work Schedule**:

- 5-day work week
- **Required to work on both Saturdays and Sundays**:

- Off-days will be scheduled on weekdays
